Who you are dealing with

This site is run by Needmug Digital, a company registered in England and Wales under number 12050125. Our registered office is at 338a Regents Park Road, Office 3 and 4, London N3 2LN, United Kingdom. We also work from a studio in Istanbul.

Where these terms say we or us, they mean Needmug Digital. Where they say you, they mean whoever is using the site.

Using the site

There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay. Read it, print a page, send a link to a colleague. We ask four things in return.

• Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks the law where you are reading it.
• Do not try to reach any part of it you have not been given access to, or interfere with how it runs.
• Do not automate requests at a rate that degrades the site for anyone else.
• Do not copy the site, or a part of it, and present the result as your own.

What the pages say

The pages here describe the kind of work we do and how we go about it. They are written to be accurate and they are general. Nothing on the site is an offer, a quote, or advice about your particular situation.

A quote counts when we send it to you in writing and it says what it covers. What you read on a service page is background to that conversation rather than a substitute for it.

Work we do for a client is governed by the contract signed for that work. These terms cover the website.

Who owns what is here

The text, design, layout, code, illustrations and photography on this site belong to Needmug Digital, except where something is credited to someone else. Logos shown on the site belong to the organisations they name.

You are welcome to read the site, print from it, and link to any part of it. Republishing our material, selling it, or using it in your own commercial work needs our written permission first. Ask us at contact@needmug.com.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out. We link to things worth reading and we have no control over them. What sits on another site, and what that site does with your information, is between you and them.

Availability

We keep the site up. We do not promise it will always be up. It may be unavailable while we change something, or because something outside our control has broken.

We can add to, change, or remove any part of the site without telling you first.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, we provide the site as it is. We do not accept liability for loss you suffer from using it, from being unable to use it, or from acting on something you read here without checking it with us first. If you are using the site in the course of a business, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.

What you send us

If you use the contact form or the quote form, give us an address you can actually be reached at and tell us enough to be useful. What we do with what you send is set out in our privacy notice.

Do not send us anything confidential before we have agreed in writing to treat it that way. If you need a non-disclosure agreement in place first, say so and we will sign one.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the site changes or the law does. The current version is the one on this page, and the date it last changed is at the bottom. Using the site after a change means accepting the version you find here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

If you are a consumer resident somewhere else, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of your own country that we cannot contract out of.
