Eight services, and how a project runs.
Software, mobile, AI, design, analysis, CRM, marketing and accessibility. Most projects need three or four of them at once, and we run those as one team rather than handing you between suppliers. It also means there is nobody else to point at when something is late.
What we do.
Some clients take one of these. Most take several, and it is priced as one project rather than several.
- 01Software DevelopmentWeb platforms, the APIs under them, and the back office nobody ever sees.
- 02Mobile DevelopmentNative iOS and Android, from the first build to the store release.
- 03AI DevelopmentAssistants and agents that answer from your documents, not the internet.
- 04UI/UX DesignInterfaces nobody has to be trained on.
- 05Business AnalysisWorking out what to build, before anyone bills you for building it.
- 06CRM SoftwareA CRM built around your process, or the one you already pay for made to fit.
- 07Digital MarketingSEO, content and paid campaigns, with the tracking that proves what they did.
- 08Accessibility AuditsAudited against WCAG 2.2 AA, then fixed in the code.
How a project runs.
The same five stages whether the work takes six weeks or a year.
- 01DiscoveryWe map what you need, what already exists, and what an auditor or a regulator will ask for.
- 02Scope and estimateA written scope with the risky parts marked as risky, so you know what you are paying for before anything starts.
- 03DesignWireframes, then interface design, tested with people who match your users before anyone writes code.
- 04Build and reviewTwo-week cycles. At the end of each one you see the thing, not a percentage.
- 05Launch and supportRelease, monitoring, and the support that follows. We do not close the project at launch.
